Couples therapy involves regular 45–60 minute sessions focused on:

  • Learning how to communicate without escalating or shutting down

  • Understanding your conflict patterns and how to interrupt them

  • Repairing emotional and sexual ruptures

  • Rebuilding trust after betrayal or emotional distance

  • Reconnecting with intimacy, desire, and vulnerability

 

For some couples, therapy is about rebuilding closeness, deepening intimacy, and creating a relationship that feels emotionally and sexually alive again.
For others, it’s about gaining clarity—whether that means repairing the relationship or navigating separation with honesty and respect.
