Carlos “Charlie” Garcia is a Mental Health Counselor and Ph.D. student in Clinical Sexology. He provides a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. Charlie works with individuals and couples, with a strong focus on anxiety, communication, intimacy, sexuality, relationship concerns, and couples work, including trust, conflict resolution, infidelity, repair, and intimacy challenges. He also supports clients navigating identity exploration, life transitions, and family estrangement. His therapeutic approach is modern, collaborative, and integrative, designed to give you the exact support you need. Charlie has specialized training in anxiety, identity concerns, sexuality, LGBTQIA+, connection issues, and integrative sex and couples therapy. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, he is committed to helping clients deepen emotional insight, heal from past experiences, and build meaningful connections that support long-term growth and well-being.

Dr. Gomes specializes in Systemic, Collaborative, Narrative, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), CBT, and Strength-Based Therapy, offering counseling in both English and Spanish. Her expertise spans various areas, including culture and identity, parenting, ADD/ADHD, immigration, and relationship concerns. Known for her ability to build trust and genuine rapport, Rachel often integrates art therapy to help clients express themselves in ways words alone can’t reach—opening pathways to insight, emotional regulation, and self-discovery. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client and family, drawing on strengths-based, integrative strategies to foster resilience and meaningful change. Rachel supports children and adolescents through concerns such as anxiety, school stress, identity and self-esteem, friendship and family dynamics, and life transitions. She also partners with parents and caregivers, offering practical tools to strengthen communication and connection at home.
